The Initial Coin Offering is how $SOUL enters into the world. An ICO that gives everyone an equal opportunity to purchase $SOUL. It also marks the opening of Requiem as a platform.
Terms
Sale starts at a $0 mc
Opening market cap = the total $ amount contributed to the sale
$1 contributed = $1 worth of $SOUL at market open
Sale lasts for a maximum of 48h
Sale can be closed at any time within these 48h by the team
Partial refunds for all contributors may be issued after the sale in USDC-SOL or BNB, to reduce the total amount raised / opening mc.
Vesting Schedule
Requiem's ICO (50%) - Fully vested upfront
Community (10%) - Two year linear vest (vesting).
Liquidity (5%) - 2.5% unlocked upfront. 2.5% locked until required for CEX listings (vesting).
Foundation (10%) - Two year linear vest (vesting).
Team(5%) - One year lock, followed by one year linear vest. On the first of each month the team will re-vest tokens to adhere to this structure (august).

How to participate
There is no “connect wallet” or hot wallet signing necessary to participate in the ICO. Requiem’s ICO allows contributors to invest using either Solana (SOL) or EVM.
Here’s how the process works:
1. Choose Your Network
Users can choose between:
Solana → Pay with SOL, USDC (Sol), or USDT (Sol)
EVM → Pay with BNB, ETH, or other EVM-compatible tokens
2. Submit Your BNB Wallet Address
Since all tokens will be distributed on BNB, every user must submit their BNB wallet address where they wish to receive their $SOUL tokens.
3. Confirmation & Summary Panel
After payment and wallet submission, users receive a final summary page showing:
Total contributed (in SOL / BNB)
Estimated $SOUL tokens
Submitted BNB wallet address
Vesting schedule overview
Link to view the transaction on-chain
(Optional) Email field for claim alerts (if using manual airdrop)
Token Distribution
After the ICO ends, we will match each contribution with its corresponding BNB wallet and distribute $SOUL tokens natively on BNB.
